PRIME Specializes in Defense Medical Examination Observation, but also provides services including QME Observation Services, Medical Record Review, Independent Medical Examinations and Client Preparation Services.

Our website is also a “service” available to our Client Members. Our Defense Doctor Report Database is located on the Member Tools Section of the site and allows for our Client Members to search, download and upload prior reports from Defense Doctors. You will also find other valuable tools there as well.
